Register With The Practice
To register you need to come into the surgery and fill out a form, we will need photo id to confirm your identity. Parents can register for under 16s. If you wish to register as a carer for an eldery relative or neighbour then we require authority in writing to do so from that person.
If you have forgotten your password we can no longer reset it via email you must come to the surgery and request a new one. This can take up to 7 days to process.
If you are waiting for our help, you can still use our patient partner telephone appointment booking service (Option 1) 24hrs a day just like the online service.
Our telephone appointment booking system is available 24hrs a day. A limited number of advanced and same day appointments are available based on overall availability. Please press 1 when prompted. You can also use this facility to cancel appointments.
Phone lines for appointments - we will be open from 8.00a.m-6.00pm. We are very busy from 8am until 9am so you may experience long waits.
We also operate an emergency doctors in the mornings in addition to the telephone doctor to try and see Urgent acute problems on the same day.
You will always be asked for a reason for your appointment this is to help us treat your problem appropriately. The staff are following a protocol given to them by the Doctors.
A number of Doctors will be available each day dependent on annual leave, teaching commitments and sickness.
