Extended Hours

Oak Tree is running the WAG extended hours scheme. The  purpose of the scheme is to make advanced appointments available for patients who have difficulty accessing the surgery during normal working hours (8.30-5.00). We open at 7.30 am on  Tuesday and Wednesday ( from June 7th)* and will be running several Weds evening clinics.

We will be offering a mix of Drs, nurse and clinic appointments bookable  from 48hrs to 2 weeks in advance. The building will be open at 7.30 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when extended hours is running and until 8.00pm on Weds nights. Access will be by appointment only and will be controlled by a door access system.

Reception services will not be available during extended hours. Therefore if you do not have an appointment you will not be given entry to the building before 8.30am and after 6pm. Primecare will still operate an Out of Hours service

during our extended hours opening.

*Extended hours will only run on certain weeks of the year. Timetable to be added.
