Your 10 ways to help us give you a better service
- Please do not park outside the surgery - you may block emergency access. Use the car parks instead.
- Please request repeat prescriptions at least 48 hrs in advance;
- Prescriptions can be collected 48 hrs after they have been given in and after 1pm;
- Please note that Reception staff are not able to give out prescription that are not on repeat. There is a duty doctor available from 8.30 – 1pm;
- If you have a letter from the surgery please bring it with you when attending;
- After 6pm the telephone line is for medical emergencies only
- For results ring the results line number 0844 477 1795 between 11am and 4pm;
- Please be polite to reception and phone staff as they are only following surgery protocols;
- Please note that doctors and nurses are very busy when in surgery and are not available for verbal consultations unless they are the duty doctor;
- Please notify us when you change your address or telephone number.
- If you can't make it to your appointment please call to let us know in advance.
