Oak Tree Surgery offers Breakfast appointments with all the Doctors

@ 8.20am on a Friday. This meeting is catered for and reps are invoiced on attendence.

Lunch is @ 1 pm on a Friday. Reps are expected to cater for this meeting.

Catering for 12 is normally sufficient.

Other meetings will carry a comment. You are advised to note this before booking.

Failure to cancel online any meetings booked and notify the surgery via e-mail

admin@oaktreesurgery.com will result in you being charged for the

catering provided under the terms and conditions of using the system.
