If you register with us in order to receive login and password, you can make your appointments with Oak Tree Surgery staff online.

Patients are unable to seek medical advice or book appointments via

e-mail. Please use the online system or phone line. Thank You.

Our Nursing team can see you with sore throats, rashes, earache, urine infections,thrush, cystitis and conjunctivitis and general minor illness. The Nursing team are available from 8.30-12.00 on a walk in basis and 3.00-5.30 by appointment only.

From 15th February 2010 same day appointments are available from 6am on the day you wish to book ( currently 7 am). Advance appointments are released subject to availability 48hrs and 2 weeks in advance.

If you are having problems logging in please e-mail admin@oaktreesurgery.com and we will try to resolve your problem within 48 hrs. Please title your e-mail Login Problems and include your date of birth.

You may experience technical difficulties when trying to sign in between 10.30pm and 2.00am. This is due to essential systems back up. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
